My work as a psychotherapist is somatically and energetically based.

Hilmar Schonauer was my teacher and mentor for 25+ years in Subtle Anatomy and Energy Work. I cannot thank him enough for what he shared. I trained at the Karuna Institute in Core Process Psychotherapy (a transpersonal and existential approach) ’82-87 with Maura and Franklin Sills. I have a degree in Fine Art Sculpture from St Martins School of Art.

I listen and try to hear what is being said.

I have a sense of humour which is brought into my work and I continue to explore and express my creativity for the sheer pleasure of it and for balance in my life.
